There is a standard shipping cost of £4.95 per cart, no matter what you buy, to anywhere in the UK. Overseas rates to be advised at time of purchase.
All payments are collected and processed via PayPal, the Global leader in online payments. We NEVER store card details. We NEVER pass on your personal details to anybody.
We do stipulate however that:
You advise us of the problem within 24 hours of receipt.
Both the goods & packaging must be in a resalable condition.
The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
The goods reach us within 14 days of sale.
We take great care to ensure that items are well packaged to avoid damage in transit however this does occur occasionally. Should this be the case and item is damaged on arrival we will replace it free of charge, or, where a replacement is not available we will issue a refund. We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 48 hours of delivery and that the goods are returned to us for proof of damage. (failure do so may result in us refusing to replace the item or issue a refund).
